This role is for a Technical Integrations Consultant at DeepL, a company focused on AI products like translation and voice translation. The consultant will support enterprise customers in implementing the DeepL platform, acting as a technical advisor, resolving complex technical challenges, configuring authentication systems, debugging API integrations, and advising on embedding DeepL into customer architectures. The role requires strong technical knowledge in REST APIs, SSO frameworks, and deployment support, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a post-sales/implementation capacity within the SaaS industry.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be the trusted technical advisor to prospects and clients, consulting with them on their strategic vision with the DeepL solution
  2. Translating business requirements into technical solutions, and translating complex technical concepts into simple language
  3. Troubleshoot challenges that customers experience as they set up their systems
  4. Support the technical relationship with our customers to drive confidence and satisfaction by delivering technical information and recommendations
  5. Develop, manage and deliver tools, collateral and an enablement approach (in collaboration with Product Marketing and Enablement) to ensure that the Customer team maintain their technical knowledge, allowing us to provide an effective and scalable support model to the Customer organisation

Skills

Required

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong work experience in a post-sales / implementation / professional services role from within the SaaS industry
  • REST APIs
  • SSO frameworks - Entra ID (Azure) experience preferred - SCIM knowledge desirable
  • Deployment support - eg. browser extension deployment - Intune - GPO
  • Ability to rapidly learn, understand, and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions
  • Proven success leading technical, multi-stakeholder implementations on time and within scope
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining strong customer relationships

Nice to have

  • Entra ID (Azure) experience
  • SCIM knowledge
