Technical Lead Manager for Search Ads UI and Experience at Google. What you'd actually do

  1. Be the technical linchpin shaping both the product goal and the engineering culture, working closely with UX, product manager and engineers leads across Search and Ads teams to align strategies and deliver cohesive, exceptional experiences.
  2. Architect novel full-stack experiences for search ads that elevate user expectations and delight, while delivering Long-term revenue per mille (LTRPM).
  3. Drive the adoption of DevAI tools to accelerate end-to-end prototyping, and build systems that automate analysis and optimization at scale.
  4. Navigate a rapidly evolving Applied AI ecosystem, growing relationship with Research organizations (AdsAI and DM) and chart long-term technical strategy for our e2e architecture, ensuring our infrastructure remains agile and ahead of the curve for years to come.
  5. Drive 10x better ad experiences compared to what we have today in the world of AI that is evolving continuously.
