We are looking for the new **Technical Operations Lead **for the Joint Reconstruction Supply Chain within DePuy Synthes. The role is accountable for:
- Process Engineering & Asset Reliability & Performance at each of the Joint Reconstruction sites (along with providing technical support to external partners as needed)
- NPI and Lifecycle Engineering Project delivery in line with established standards;
- Manufacturing Innovation
- Launch Management for the New Product Portfolio
- Lifecycle management of the existing product portfolio

The Technical Operations Lead will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Ensure Quality, Environmental Health, Safety and Compliance so we can reliably serve our customers, employees, communities, and shareholders.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
€128,000.00 - €219,995.00
