OpenAI OpenAI · AI Frontier · San Francisco, CA · Finance

Technical Product Manager to drive strategy, alignment, prioritization, and execution of AI-native GTM systems across Salesforce and adjacent platforms, focusing on lead capture, enrichment, routing, activation, prospecting, and pipeline generation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive top-of-funnel GTM systems initiatives across Lead-to-Opportunity (LtO), enrichment orchestration, prospecting workflows, lifecycle activation, routing, and sales engagement operations
  2. Partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to identify operational pain points, define scalable solutions, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and execute across Salesforce and adjacent GTM platforms
  3. Align cross-functional stakeholders across GTM, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, Security, Legal, Data, and Enterprise Platform teams while driving execution cadence, prioritization, and delivery visibility
  4. Help operationalize AI-native GTM workflows by defining scalable automation, orchestration, agentic workflows, and human-in-the-loop processes across the customer acquisition lifecycle
