What you'd actually do

  1. Own Supply Chain ERP SAP Finance product vision and translate user needs, business priorities, and strategic objectives into a clear and actionable product roadmap.
  2. Identify opportunities that leverage technology—including AI, automation, and advanced analytics—to improve business performance and patient outcomes.
  3. Lead and partner with engineering teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of new capabilities and platform improvements.
  4. Oversee backlog management, user story quality, sequencing, and sprint execution.
  5. Serve as a champion of the J&J MedTech Product Operating Model, driving user-centricity, iterative learning, transparency, and outcome-focused delivery.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10 years of relevant work experience
  • 8 years relevant SAP experience
  • 5 years relevant Life Sciences experience
  • SAP S/4HANA: In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA, particularly Finance modules
  • Finance Process: Comprehensive knowledge of the entire Finance cycle, including financial accounting, Revenue Recognition, Controlling, and Supply Chain Financial Management
  • Business Processes: Strong understanding of core Supply Chain Finance business processes
  • Experience in Medtech/Healthcare industry
  • Good Knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations
  • Experience with Agile methodology
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation
  • Applied knowledge of S/4 HANA is required
  • Configuration: Expertise in configuring the SAP S/4HANA Finance modules to meet business requirements
  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Integrations: Ability to design and test integrations with external and internal systems / partners
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Testing: Ability to build the scenarios for testing based on the end-to-end processes design
  • Documentation: Skilled in creating detailed technical documentation
