  1. Utilize in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, particularly in HRSD, S2P and Employee Center modules, to guide development teams.
  2. Design, architect, and implement scalable, robust, and secure solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the organization's business requirements and align with ServiceNow best practices.
  3. Take ownership of the ServiceNow HRSD and Procurement Operations (S2P) products backlogs within the SMT (Service Management Transformation) Program.
  4. Implement agile principles and practices in product development.
  5. Conduct product demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase solutions.
