  3. Drive engagement with cross-functional partners, work to decompose requirements into technical execution plans with measurable milestones, effectively optimize scope and schedule, manage cross-functional dependencies, and proactively manage risks.
  4. Craft clear communication of progress toward goals, reporting status to stakeholders and leadership.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of technical program management experience
  • Strong expertise in the end-to-end ad lifecycle and creative formats (display, video, native)
  • Solid understanding of ads policy frameworks and enforcement considerations
  • Proven experience driving large-scale technical programs
  • Experience building long-term scalable solutions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines
  • Demonstrated expertise in product growth and discovery
  • Experience orchestrating multiple programs and creating cross-functional partnerships
  • Ability to identify gaps in solutions, debate technical approaches, and weigh in on product vs. technology tradeoffs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate business impact and technical constraints
