Salesforce is seeking a Technical Program Management Lead (IC) to provide leadership and cross-team coordination for large-scale, complex solution transformations within the Digital Enterprise Experience (DEX) team. This role involves managing project and program budgets, timelines, and scope, ensuring alignment across diverse teams for successful delivery of initiatives related to Employee Success, Communications, and Real Estate domains. The candidate will drive prioritization, milestone tracking, governance, and Agile planning, with a strong understanding of Enterprise Experience and Agents.

What you'd actually do

  1. Ensure comprehensive alignment of deliverables across all contributing teams throughout the project and program lifecycle.
  2. Drive prioritization and execution of cross-functional program initiatives; orchestrate and manage interdependencies between projects and programs within designated portfolios.
  3. Coordinate and monitor the progression and successful delivery of critical program milestones.
  4. Establish and enforce governance frameworks for decisions, escalations, and change controls pertaining to scope, schedule, and budget. Accurately report delivery progress, risks, and mitigations to leadership.
  5. Contribute to Program Increment (PI) Planning (for SAFe-driven engagements) and other strategic work planning initiatives, synthesizing outputs into comprehensive program materials in close collaboration with Engineering and Product roles.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in a Technical Program or Project Management role driving complex software delivery.
  • Proficiency in enterprise-level software and collaboration platforms (e.g., G-Suite, Slack, Linear, or comparable systems).
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize business and technical requirements to develop robust project plans, estimates, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Extensive experience in business process optimization pertaining to enterprise software and internal operational workflows.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with superior verbal and written communication abilities; adept at performing effectively under pressure and managing multiple priorities concurrently.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience leveraging Salesforce technology and the Salesforce product suite.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) Certification.
