The Technical Program Manager for Solutions Integration Services partners with enterprise customers to identify, scope, and prioritize high-impact integrations that drive business outcomes. This role leads customer-facing discovery and delivery, translates business needs into technical projects, and orchestrates cross-functional delivery with Services, Customer Success, Sales, and R&D teams. It requires technical fluency, relationship management, and program orchestration to ensure customers maximize value from the platform through prioritized, technically sound integration solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own customer-facing integration discovery and roadmap conversations
  2. Translate business needs into clearly scoped technical projects
  3. Work closely with Solutions Integration Engineers, Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Implementation teams
  4. Scope and coordinate pre-built or repeatable integration solutions
  5. Track project completion, adoption, and integration maturity improvements

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Solutions Architecture, or a related technical customer-facing role
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and technical systems
  • Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical project scope
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services teams
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution

Nice to have

  • Prior experience as an Engineer, Architect, or Technical Consultant
  • Enterprise SaaS or platform experience
  • Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows
  • Experience working with large, complex customer environments
  • A strategic mindset with attention to technical detail
