Responsibilities
Coordinate development activities for a technology a product or program for the entire lifecycle including: analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation activities for various company technology products and projects. Coordinate internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions and measure impact by defining meaningful metrics to meet company growth goals. Prioritize products and projects based on impact level and leverage data to drive prioritization decisions. Foster a culture of data driven decision-making throughout the entire product life cycle. Map dependencies and relationship between products, projects, and technologies throughout stages of product modification and upgrades. Identify upcoming risks, issues, and bottlenecks and resolve cross-team issues. Create better, more efficient workflows. Establish excellent working relations with all stakeholders with an emphasis on maximizing team members’ potential, providing day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for products, projects, and tasks.
Qualifications
Requires Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation Experience must include 60 months involving the following: Software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management Communicating and working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products Analytics and problem-solving with systems Establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones Building and overseeing end-to-end project plans for machine learning using various ML framework and algorithms, i.e., Similarity, NLP, TFIDF, Web scarping etc. and Creating the roadmap for the program and project deliverable and architectural workflow using tools like lucid, Asana etc
