What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional engineering efforts within a specific domain or product area.
  2. Lead programs using Agile methodologies. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile ceremonies and help software teams adopt and mature their Agile practices to improve efficiency.
  3. Implement governance structures for prioritization and execution within your assigned area to ensure alignment with key success metrics.
  4. Build and maintain effective relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders across teams to ensure project alignment and buy-in.
  5. Use sound judgment to drive project planning, scheduling, execution, and communication, building consensus among team members and partners.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.

Nice to have

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience managing the unique complexities and fast-paced lifecycle of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) software development projects.
  • Experience in helping teams measure and improve operational excellence, product excellence, and accessibility.
  • Expertise in leading Agile transformations, with a track record of coaching and upskilling less mature engineering teams in Agile delivery and ceremonies.
