What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with engineering and programs lead to plan, execute, and deliver technical programs that advance privacy, safety and security goals.
  2. Develop a team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs), ensuring they are engaged, motivated, and aligned with business-critical initiatives, delivering results and driving outcomes.
  3. Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs.
  4. Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
  5. Promote best practices and guide continuous improvement within your team and across safer products. Build, maintain and enhance business, operational, and management dashboards.
