What you'd actually do

  1. Collect, analyze, and translate customer feature requirements into actionable inputs for internal product development teams.
  2. Ensure customer‑required collateral is developed and delivered on time to support customer product development schedules.
  3. Coordinate with manufacturing and business operations teams to ensure sufficient part availability for initial deployments and field replacements.
  4. Track firmware, ROCm, and BKC versions to ensure correct hardware and software configurations in customer deployments.
  5. Develop and maintain integrated program schedules that account for driver, software stack, and hardware/firmware dependencies.
