Technical Program Manager - Demo Strategy - Martech

This role is responsible for owning the demo strategy for Adobe's AI-powered marketing technology products, including Adobe Journey Optimizer, Campaign, Target, Marketo, Dynamic Chat, and Agentic Apps. The Senior Demo Strategist will work across the demo strategy framework to identify needs, assess existing assets, build and ship new demo capabilities, and evangelize them to global field and partner teams. The role involves developing demos across video, clickable, and live formats, owning demo environment strategy and tooling, and partnering with engineering to translate gaps into live demonstrability. A key focus will be on leading demo readiness for Agentic Apps, curating scripts and prompt libraries to showcase advanced agent capabilities. The role also involves go-to-market activities such as championing discoverability through Demo Hub, enabling the field, and managing feedback loops. The ideal candidate will have experience in demo strategy, solutions consulting, or pre-sales, with technical fluency in martech platforms and a track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs.

What you'd actually do

  1. own CJM demo strategy across Adobe Journey Optimizer (B2C & B2B), Campaign, Target, Marketo, Dynamic Chat, and Agentic Apps
  2. develop demos across our three-tier model (video, clickable, live), own demo environment strategy and tooling (Demo System Next, Walnut, Consensus), and partner with internal engineering to translate gaps into live demonstrability
  3. lead Agentic Apps demo readiness—curating scripts and prompt libraries that showcase advanced agent capabilities
  4. champion discoverability through Demo Hub, actively enable the global field on new offerings, and own the feedback loop that keeps the strategy sharp
  5. manage programs across tools, solutions, and industries—driving alignment, mitigating risks, and owning critical metrics reporting on demo effectiveness

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in demo strategy, solutions consulting, pre-sales, or a related GTM role
  • Direct experience with B2C and B2B digital marketing platforms
  • Technical fluency with platform workflows, schemas, data flow, and integration points in a martech ecosystem
  • Track record managing complex, cross-functional programs across product, marketing, engineering, and field teams
  • Excellent communicator—comfortable presenting to senior leaders and global audiences
  • bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or Information Technology, or an MBA or equivalent experience

Nice to have

  • Adobe experience preferred
  • PMP or PgMP certification is preferred
