This role is for a Technical Program Manager at Salesforce, focusing on delivering world-class technology within the Customer Success, Professional Services, and Global Public Sector portfolios. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end programs by aligning teams on scope, release planning, vision, and business goals — securing cross-functional buy-in at every stage
  2. Drive delivery using Agile methodologies, applying strong analytical and technical skills throughout the software engineering lifecycle
  3. Facilitate executive Steering Committees to resolve blockers, align on funding, and drive critical go/no-go decisions
  4. Build and maintain partnerships with key functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Release Management, TechOps, Capacity, and Functional Management
  5. Run cross-functional syncs to proactively map dependencies and clear the critical path before issues arise
