Technical Program Manager for Google's Data Centers (GDC) Compliance, Security, and Risk Management (CSRM) team. This role focuses on leading the design, implementation, and integration of secure data warehouses and robust pipelines for data ingestion and transformation. The TPM will manage complex, cross-functional programs, collaborate with industry partners on new technologies, and ensure seamless integration between data systems. The role requires experience in technical program management for data orchestration, visualization, and automation, as well as technical infrastructure and data analytics projects, preferably within regulated environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the design, implementation, and integration of secure data warehouses and robust pipelines to ingest and transform data, facilitating efficient workflows and data sharing.
  2. Manage complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end, engaging stakeholders to align on goal, communicating status and risks, and adjusting plans to ensure.
  3. Collaborate with industry partners to identify and develop new technologies, ensuring the advancement of team product maturity and the launch of key features on time.
  4. Utilize agile methodologies and program management tools to plan and prioritize work across multiple teams, enhancing overall team effectiveness and project delivery.
  5. Ensure seamless integration between the data warehouse to facilitate efficient workflows and data sharing.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in technical program management for data orchestration, visualization, and automation.
  • 2 years of experience in technical infrastructure and data analytics projects.
