As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities
- Architect and build operational solutions using Generative AI to enhance moderation, scalability and efficiency.
- Manage the generation of platinum labels to drive continuous model improvements and establish quality benchmarks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for global regulatory workflows, ensuring compliance with mandates like the DSA and CMA.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from concept to launch, coordinating closely with cross-functional Engineering and Product teams.
- Monitor program metrics and risks, communicating progress and performance effectively to executive leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and the implementation of GenAI-driven moderation frameworks to enhance operational scalability.
- Track record in planning, organizing, and risk management for high-stakes, cross-functional programs.
- Ability to utilize data analysis tools and drive focused insights and performance improvements.
- Strong capability to influence without authority across peer program managers, engineering leads, and executive leadership Generative AI.
