What you'd actually do

  1. Execute operations for multiple programs and work streams reaching beyond your immediate team and organization to deliver business, operational, and technical improvements.
  2. Strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives and success criteria across your projects, ensuring schedules and dependencies are aligned.
  3. Measure and publish program and process metrics to drive consensus in teams understanding of issues and to drive continuous improvement for the larger organization.
  4. Identify and implement technical and business programs and processes in medium to large work groups, leveraging AI/ML technologies where applicable to drive improvements.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or other related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in program management.

Nice to have

  • Certification in Agile, PMP, and other related program management.
  • Experience in mapping technologies or mapping operations.
  • Experience in data management with data analytics skills.
  • Ability to be an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
  • Strong technical and business acumen with an ability to solve data and operational problems with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies.
  • Strong project/program management skills.
