Technical Program Manager III, Data Center Infrastructure, Cloud Supply Chain at Google. This role focuses on the seamless integration of hardware into Google's global data center fleet, bridging new product introduction and physical deployment for cloud, accelerators (TPUs/GPUs), machines, and physical infrastructure. Responsibilities include technical feasibility studies, developing rack layouts for ML deployments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving integration of new infrastructure technologies, and enhancing tooling for data center planning. Requires a technical degree or equivalent, 5 years of program management experience, and data center infrastructure experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct technical feasibility studies for NPIs, analyzing power, space, cooling, networking, and physical infrastructure compatibility within data centers.
  2. Develop and maintain optimal rack layouts and server hall designs for various hardware configurations, including high-density ML deployments.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Platforms, Data Center Construction, Networking) to define interface requirements and ensure new products are designed for scalable and efficient deployment.
  4. Drive the integration of new physical infrastructure technologies and cooling solutions to support next-generation hardware.
  5. Contribute to the development and enhancement of tooling and automation for data center layout planning and constraint management.
