What you'd actually do

  1. Lead cross-functional operations teams through the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring technical readiness from initial design to mass production.
  2. Drive continuous operational improvement by optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing factory yields, and implementing effective quality control strategies.
  3. Serve as a key technical resource, executing operational strategies and resolving complex challenges to ensure consistent product excellence and program health.
  4. Collaborate with engineering and design partners to align equipment requirements, validate technical solutions, and manage risk mitigation throughout all program phases.
  5. Foster cross-functional synergy and operational transparency, and driving efficiency initiatives to lead the open issues to closure.

Skills

Required

  • technical field degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • Experience in consumer hardware design, mass production, and manufacturing processes
  • Experience in factory yield, assembly automation, and supply chain operations

Nice to have

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
  • Experience analyzing complex datasets and building data visualizations or dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Experience with problem-solving methodologies (e.g., FMEA, statistical tools) and failure analysis
  • Experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycles for hardware products
