This role is a Technical Program Manager responsible for orchestrating the launch of Anthropic's AI capabilities to the world. It involves coordinating between research, engineering, product, infrastructure, and go-to-market teams to ensure reliable and timely launches. The role requires deep technical fluency, the ability to drive alignment across diverse teams, and experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end program management for model and product launches, coordinating between research, engineering, product, infrastructure, and partnership teams
  2. Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making across workstreams, ensuring teams are unblocked and launches stay on track
  3. Partner closely with Research PMs and engineering leads to sequence work, manage dependencies, and navigate technical tradeoffs
  4. Track and communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders
  5. Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders, earning trust through deep engagement with the details
