  3. Track and maintain key components and program metrics including cost, reliability, mass, and performance to schedule
  4. Identify, track, and communicate program and technical risks. Lead critical priority reaction plans to mitigate risks before they are realized
  5. Collaborate with engineering owners on design updates and ensure all changes are well-documented and efficiently implemented
