Stripe is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the delivery of key initiatives for their Payments Experiences teams. This role involves collaborating with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to shape product roadmaps and technical direction, focusing on creating delightful and optimized payment experiences for merchants and consumers. The TPM will manage software engineering programs, define functional specs, project plans, and roadmaps, and bring clarity to ambiguous situations to enable effective solution implementation.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of product management or technical program management experience
  • Experience providing program management during all phases of software development
  • Proven track record of defining and executing complex programs across multiple functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Experience solving ambiguous problems
  • Experience influencing technical decisions
  • Strong prioritization frameworks
