This role is for a Technical Program Manager on the AI and Infrastructure team, focusing on Power and Sustainability Strategy and Operations. The TPM will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, manage stakeholders, identify risks, and communicate project status. They will establish business cadences, drive strategic planning, manage portfolios, align business goals with resources, and partner with leaders to define power efficiency strategy. While the team works with AI and infrastructure, the role itself is focused on program management and strategy, not direct AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Establish the core business cadence, including executive reviews and monthly operational rhythms. Drive executive communications to craft a unified strategic narrative, ensuring alignment across engineering stakeholders and leadership.
  2. Drive strategic planning and holistic portfolio management. Translate company missions into tangible OKRs and operational goals. Define governance, review investment health, and establish consistent metrics in collaboration with cross-functional leads.
  3. Partner with finance and engineering leadership to align business goals with resource reality.
  4. Act as the primary strategic partner to leaders to define power efficiency strategy. Lead ambiguous cross-organizational projects to develop pipeline.
