What you'd actually do

  1. Manage program end-to-end quality for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning New Product Introductions by developing rigorous schedules and requirements in collaboration with product, supplier, and manufacturing quality engineering teams.
  2. Define and manage a program portfolio and governance structure that drives executive decision-making, prioritizes resource stewardship, and establishes a visible cadence to mitigate program dependencies.
  3. Partner with global server operations, engineering, supply chain, and data center operations to lead deep-dive root cause investigations, execute corrective actions, and manage excursion support.
  4. Lead data analysis efforts to track quality trends, identify reliability escapes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase program velocity across multiple global teams.
  5. Implement high-standard communication frameworks across a portfolio of programs to report quality status, program reviews, and strategic updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
