Technical Program Manager with deep Salesforce expertise to serve as the connective tissue across Doximity's commercial and product ecosystem, operating at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Marketing. This role requires driving execution and stepping into details, including Salesforce solutioning and light development work, to eliminate friction, drive clarity, accountability, and delivery, and ensure systems scale with the business. Responsibilities include cross-functional leadership, Salesforce ownership, program management, reporting, and ensuring SOX compliance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the primary orchestrator across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Marketing
  2. Identify cross-team dependencies and proactively remove blockers to execution
  3. Translate business needs into technical requirements and Salesforce solutions
  4. Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives
  5. Establish and maintain operating cadence across teams

Skills

Required

  • 7–12 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Business Systems, or similar roles
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud required; Service Cloud preferred)
  • Strong experience with release management, QA, and deployment processes
  • Experience with systems integration
  • Experience with BI tools

Nice to have

  • Service Cloud preferred
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, or Developer)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Experience with Jira and system workflows
