What you'd actually do

  1. Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs spanning hardware, infrastructure, IT systems, and operational readiness.
  2. Work closely with engineering, construction, operations, IT, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on objectives, dependencies, timelines, and resource needs.
  3. Bring clarity and structure to complex workstreams by defining program plans, success criteria, and execution frameworks.
  4. Create and maintain repeatable, scalable systems and processes, balancing long-term operational excellence with short-term pragmatism.
  5. Identify and manage risks, drive mitigation plans, and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in the IT or technology vendor industry.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware solutions, hardware lifecycle management, or hardware-dependent infrastructure environments.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure build projects (e.g., data centers, edge deployments, network installations, or similar).
  • Strong track record of driving cross-functional alignment across engineering and operational teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or fast-moving technical programs.
  • Experience establishing scalable systems, workflows, and governance, while being comfortable using manual or lightweight approaches to get started.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while also executing tactically.
  • Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and detailed plans across several teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with data center operations, cloud infrastructure, networking hardware, or OEM hardware vendors.
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain desirable.
  • Certification or training in program management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean) is a plus but not required.
  • Technical background or familiarity with IT infrastructure domains.
