  3. Address the challenges of scope creep, shifting priorities, and delayed timelines while maintaining a clear focus on delivering results. Work with developers and leadership to distill complex technical concepts into actionable steps.
  4. Help bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership by showcasing the impact of infrastructure work. Lead efforts to quantify and communicate the value of ongoing projects, helping secure buy-in, alignment on direction and visibility.
  5. Communicate with and build relationships across the core team and partner teams.
