Technical Project Coordinator (night Shift | Hybrid)

This role is responsible for coordinating internal and external resources to fulfill customer orders from submission through implementation, ensuring objectives and client expectations are met. It involves working closely with field technicians, managing documentation and tickets, scheduling deliverables, and coordinating material purchases.

What you'd actually do

  1. Will be working closely with the field technicians.
  2. Responsible for documentation and ticket management
  3. Schedules implementation deliverables, milestones and required tasks including ensuring deliverables are approved and uploaded to the portal within 24 hours.
  4. Provides ongoing site updates hourly and adhere to all client established deadlines for scheduling.
  5. Coordinates the purchase and delivery of the necessary materials needed to complete work at each location, including creating accurate purchase orders and following all required purchasing policies
