Technical Project Manager

Mastercard is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the successful and timely implementation of projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and mitigate project risks within the payments industry.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones.
  2. Ensure methodology compliance and manage resolutions, reporting to management when necessary.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate communication with project staff throughout the life cycle of the project. Must be familiar with the system’s scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member to effectively coordinate the activities of the teams. Identify and monitor project risks.
  4. Regularly communicates to senior management regarding the status of specific project deliverables.
  5. Provide measurable input into new products, processes, standards or plans in support of the business.

Skills

Required

  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Listening, oral, written and presentation skills and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and planning and multi-tasking skills.
  • Demonstrate ethics and values to generate high team trust.

Nice to have

  • Scrum/Kanban / PMP / SAFE Certification preferred
  • Knowledge of Windows Server Environment.
