  2. Utilize AI and agentic coding tools to increase workflow automation and improve overall productivity & efficiency
  3. Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized engineering talent
  4. Learn to influence and partner with leadership leveraging recruiting data and metrics
  5. Gain industry and business acumen on the Physical AI, autonomous vehicle, and Venture Capital landscape
  6. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and help proliferate a compelling talent brand
