What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end recruiting for Distribution roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance
  2. Build and maintain proactive pipelines of exceptional candidates for current and future opportunities
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers — pushing back when needed, advising on tradeoffs, and bringing sharp market intelligence to every conversation
  4. Collaborate with Finance, Compensation, and Employee Success to drive an efficient, compliant hiring process
  5. Contribute to team-level recruiting strategy, pipeline health reviews, and competitive talent intelligence initiatives
