What you'd actually do

  1. Build pipelines through direct outreach, communities, events, and referrals — including channels most recruiters don't use.
  2. Evaluate candidates with real technical depth: read their repos, research, and past work.
  3. Run the full process: screening, scheduling, offers, and closing.
  4. Track the talent landscape to understand where strong people are, how the market is moving, what candidates care about.
  5. Write job descriptions and shape the candidate experience so the outside world understands who we are.
