Salesforce is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter for a 6-month contract to support their AI and Agentforce organization. The role involves full-cycle recruiting for senior customer-facing technical leaders in AI, enterprise architecture, consulting, and cloud technology domains. Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, advising hiring leaders, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requires 6+ years of technical recruiting experience in enterprise software, cloud, AI, or consulting, with a strong understanding of enterprise technology and AI/LLM ecosystems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Recruit and hire senior technical talent including Strategic Builders, AI Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, and Technical Advisors.
  2. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive talent from leading technology, cloud, consulting, and enterprise software organizations.
  3. Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders by providing market insights, pipeline updates, and hiring recommendations.
  4. Navigate ambiguity and translate evolving business priorities into scalable recruiting strategies.
  5. Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while driving successful hiring outcomes through a data-driven approach.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house) hiring technical talent within enterprise software, cloud, AI, consulting, or professional services organizations.
  • Proven success recruiting for complex, customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, Professional Services Leaders, AI Consultants, Technical Account Managers, or Customer Success Architects.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology, cloud platforms, AI/LLM ecosystems, data platforms, and solution architecture functions.
  • Demonstrated expertise sourcing and hiring passive talent through advanced sourcing, networking, and competitive intelligence strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Slack, GoodTime, and Google Workspace preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for AI, cloud, enterprise architecture, or professional services organizations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, CRM technologies, or adjacent enterprise platforms.
  • Experience hiring senior technical advisors who engage directly with executive stakeholders and drive enterprise transformation initiatives.
