Salesforce is hiring a Technical Recruiter (Contractor) to attract and engage candidates for various functions, including Technology & Product. The role involves conducting assessments, building candidate relationships, and submitting qualified talent to recruiting partners. While Salesforce utilizes AI tools in its recruiting process, this role itself is not directly involved in building or researching AI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Attract and engage candidates from all channels, including inbound applicants, internal talent, referrals, and outbound sourcing efforts.
  2. Conduct deep, competency-based assessments to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and ensure the highest quality talent.
  3. Build and nurture strong candidate relationships for immediate and future hiring needs, enriching talent pools within our CRM to allow for effective long-term engagement.
  4. Submit fully assessed, qualified talent to Recruiting partners, who will then match, coach, and advocate candidates through the final stages of the hiring process.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of Recruiting or Sourcing experience across Sales, CSG, or Technology & Product functions
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results within fast-paced, goal-driven environments
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global, matrixed teams

  • Strong ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across teams and levels, driving talent advocacy and operational efficiency
  • Experience cultivating and activating long-term relationships with both internal and external partners
