What you'd actually do

  1. Partner closely with our Engineering leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the technical roles and how they fit into the organization
  2. Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches across the Engineering organization
  3. Support and help scale Ramp’s university recruiting efforts, including building relationships with universities, engaging with student talent, and contributing to early-career hiring strategies
  4. Lead the development of various recruiting strategies, with a focus on delivering innovative and scalable solutions to meet hiring needs
  5. Partner with our sourcing team to iterate on creative strategies for talent pipelines
