Technical Recruiter for Anduril Industries, a defense technology company specializing in AI, autonomy, and computer vision. This role focuses on talent acquisition for Production Operations, requiring full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, and collaboration with hiring managers. The position is a 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full-time.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools used for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, continuous process improvement, process automation, and candidate management
  2. Own and drive hiring strategy full-cycle, providing effective, clear communication and reporting
  3. Conduct a high volume of interviews, demonstrating ability to anticipate and influence hiring manager preferences through successful interview-to-offer conversion ratios
  4. Engage and source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals and SOBO campaigns
  5. Build talent maps to generate market insights to inform your engagement strategy
