Technical Sales Intern

This role supports sales enablement and AI-driven efficiency improvement by building training materials for sales teams and applying AI tools to analyze market data. The intern will use AI tools for social listening, live-stream data analysis, and exploring AI-based workflows to reduce manual work.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and maintain sales training materials (slides, playbooks, briefs) to support frontline teams
  2. Use AI tools (LLMs, internal tools, analytics platforms) to support daily analysis and reporting
  3. Conduct social listening analysis (social media, forums, public platforms) to extract insights on products, competitors, and customer sentiment
  4. Explore and implement AI-based workflows to reduce manual work and improve data processing efficiency
  5. Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align insights with business needs

Skills

Required

  • Undergraduate student (Bachelor's in progress) in Engineering, Computer Science, Data, Business, or related fields
  • Strong ability to structure information and build clear training materials
  • Comfortable working with AI tools (LLMs, AI assistants, analytics tools)
  • Solid analytical skills and attention to detail

Nice to have

  • Experience or interest in AI, data analysis, or automation
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content analysis, or digital marketing data
  • Able to communicate clearly and get things done with minimal hand-holding
  • Curious, practical, and willing to try new tools to improve efficiency
