Technical Service Product Leader

This role is for a Technical Service Product Leader in the MedTech Cardiovascular division at Johnson & Johnson. The primary focus is on representing Technical Service interests throughout project phases, defining service requirements, managing deliverables, analyzing field feedback, and improving service documentation for new products. The role requires collaboration with R&D, QA, and project management teams, with a strong emphasis on compliance and regulatory standards.

What you'd actually do

  1. Represent Technical Service interests throughout all project phases at Haifa Technology Center (HTC).
  2. Define service requirements and procedures in the Product Requirements Document (PRD) for new products.
  3. Manage Technical Service deliverables for R&D projects. Provide required documentation and support to R&D teams.
  4. Gather and analyze feedback from Field Service Engineers on new product performance and serviceability.
  5. Regularly review and update service manuals based on field feedback and product changes.

Skills

Required

  • Electronic/Bio-Medical Engineer/Practical Engineer
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position in a high-tech / MedTech company
  • Good Technical English
  • Ability to work in stressful/fast-paced environment
