ABBYY is seeking a Technical Success Manager Lead to guide a team of Technical Success Managers and engage directly with enterprise customers to ensure they maximize value from ABBYY's AI and intelligent automation solutions. This role involves leadership, strategic customer engagement, process improvement, and operational excellence, focusing on driving adoption and customer satisfaction within a mature product environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, mentor, and support a team of Technical Success Managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer success objectives.
  2. Conduct high-level value discovery sessions with strategic accounts, ensuring customer goals and business objectives are clearly defined and met.
  3. Identify opportunities to streamline customer success processes and introduce scalable, repeatable frameworks for customer engagement.
  4. Monitor and manage team workloads, ensuring efficient delivery of customer success projects.
  5. Serve as an escalation point for complex customer challenges, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Technical Account Management)
  • at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
