Technical Success Manager

This role is a Technical Success Manager at Snyk, a company focused on secure AI software development. The TSM will be a technical champion for customers, helping them integrate security into their development workflows using Snyk's AI-native platform. Responsibilities include driving customer success at scale, promoting adoption, leading one-to-many engagements, analyzing usage data, creating technical resources, and advocating for customer feedback to influence the product roadmap. The role requires experience in customer-facing technical roles, a scalable mindset, technical curiosity, and proficiency in developer tools and application security. Experience with AI and Agentic AI systems is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Champion Customer Success at Scale: Support and execute on engaging, scheduled sessions focused on technical and business outcomes, ensuring every customer in your portfolio realizes increasing value from Snyk7.
  2. Promote Scalable Adoption: Engage in innovative adoption programs that equip new customers to achieve their security goals quickly and efficiently.
  3. Cultivate a Community of Experts: Lead dynamic one-to-many engagements, including technical workshops, office hours, and best-practice webinars that foster a strong user community.
  4. Translate Data into Action: Analyze customer usage data to uncover trends, proactively identify risks, and trigger targeted, programmatic outreach to ensure the health and success of your portfolio.
  5. Build a Library of Success: Create and curate high-quality technical resources like tutorials, best practice guides, and videos that empower customers to self-serve and succeed independently.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role like customer success, solutions engineering, or technical account management.
  • Proven experience designing and executing one-to-many programs such as webinars, email campaigns, or workshops.
  • A genuine passion for technology and a desire to learn about AI, developer workflows, and Application Security.
  • Working knowledge of developer tools (e.g., GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, VSCode).
  • Understanding of SAST/DAST, SCA, SBOM, and secrets/container/IaC scanning.
  • The ability to be an effective and influential communicator (both written and verbal) with a wide range of personas.
  • Superb time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience with DevOps tooling and a foundational understanding of the DevSecOps lifecycle.

Nice to have

  • You have experience as a developer or with coding and Agentic AI systems.
  • You have a deep-seated curiosity that drives you to understand how technology works, and you love helping people "get it”.
  • You bring hands-on experience with AppSec programs like threat modeling or vulnerability management (OWASP, NIST).
  • You have experience with scripting or digital program transformation.
  • You have relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security.
