This role is for a Technical Success Manager in the Nordics region, focusing on the construction industry and Autodesk Construction Cloud. The primary responsibility is to drive digital transformation for customers by leveraging their expertise in the AEC industry and technology. This involves technical engagements, developing workflows, delivering health checks, training, creating dashboards and reports, and influencing the product roadmap. The role requires a strong understanding of customer business and technical processes, change management, and the capabilities of Autodesk Construction Cloud.

What you'd actually do

  1. Discover customer business and technical processes/workflows/requirements to build "trusted advisor" relationship and support customers in their digital transformation journey
  2. Develop processes and workflows which allow organisations to adopt and unlock value in Autodesk Construction Cloud
  3. Align with best practices for digital transformation change management, empowering customers to implement process and workflow changes
  4. Partner with Customer Success Managers to implement deliverables within the Customer Success Plan, addressing customer requirements and documenting value delivered
  5. Influence Product Roadmap through demonstrating business impact and working closely with relevant parties to prioritise requirements

Skills

Required

  • Experience in the AEC industry and/or AEC technology industry
  • Experience leading/managing successful technology change management projects, implementation and programs
  • Confidence in compiling platform data analytics and dashboarding

Nice to have

  • Curious nature to uncover and understand customers challenges, industry trends and required workflows when adopting new technology and recommend best practices to increase and realise return on investment
  • Confidence to understand customer business use cases to provide product feedback from customers and contribute to product roadmap discussions
