Technical Support Apprentice (hybrid, Bra)

This is a Technical Support Apprentice role at CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity company. The role involves monitoring, triaging, and researching technical support requests, assisting with report creation and analysis, collecting feedback, developing customer communications, working on pilot programs, and creating customer-facing health checks and reports. While the company uses an AI-native platform, this specific role is focused on customer success and technical support, not direct AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Monitoring, triaging and researching technical support requests
  2. Assisting the CS Operations team in report creation and analysis
  3. Collecting feedback from internal stakeholders on process effectiveness
  4. Developing communications and digital content to engage customers
  5. Working on pilot programs for major initiatives

Skills

Required

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • This program falls under Brazil’s Apprentice Law 10.097/00, which requires candidates to be under 24 years old
  • An eagerness to learn through hands-on experience and collaborative projects specific to your apprenticeship field
  • Although CrowdStrike is a primarily remote company, collaboration is intrinsic to the success of our mission. Therefore, the strongest applicants will be those who can communicate effectively and frequently, and work well with fellow apprentices and employees

Nice to have

  • Experience with a data analytics or business intelligence platform
  • Cybersecurity or computer science major preferred
  • Scripting or cybersecurity background
