This role is a Technical Support Associate for Gong, a company that uses AI to transform revenue teams. The associate will provide exceptional customer support, learn Gong products and integrations, partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, and contribute to creating resources. The role requires strong communication skills and a technical background, with familiarity with certain platforms being a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver an outstanding support experience via email, web, and phone for customers using Gong products while meeting key performance goals.
  2. Learn the ins and outs of Gong products and build expertise with common integrations (such as telephony systems, web conferencing tools, Salesforce, and APIs).
  3. Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, help identify potential bugs, test solutions, and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders.
  4. This is a small team! Everyone has an opportunity to represent the Voice of the Customer with Success, Sales and Product teams to influence priorities, resources, roadmaps and deliverables.
  5. Contribute to creating resources—like documentation, training materials, or process guides—that help both customers and teammates succeed.
