New Relic is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to assist customers with complex technical issues related to their observability platform. This role involves collaborating with engineering teams, troubleshooting installations and configurations, and advocating for customers by providing feedback to the product organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software support, Linux environments, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate across teams to assist in solving complex technical customer problems across our product suite
  2. Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
  3. Impeccable customer service skills and display genuine empathy towards customers.
  4. Work closely with our software engineering teams to resolve advanced customer issues.
  5. Support New Relic customers by resolving various installation, configuration, and data exploration requests.
