What you'd actually do

  1. 継続的に複数のチャネル(発券システム、ライブチャット、画面共有ツール)を通じて、プラットフォームの活用方法に関するトレーニングを実施しつつ、必要な技術サポートを特定し問題解決する
  2. 技術的な問題を再現し、Datadogの1000+ 以上のインテグレーションを深堀りする
  3. デモ認定資格を取得し、顧客への製品デモをリードする
  4. 顧客からのフィードバックに基づき、社内チームとの製品に関するディスカッションに参加する
  5. Datadog製品分野の高度な知識を持つスペシャリストとしてトレーニングを実施

Skills

Required

  • SaaS company multi-channel technical support experience (2+ years)
  • Experience with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, or similar software
  • Experience with troubleshooting and programming
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn continuously
  • Critical thinking with a client-centric approach
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Programming experience
  • Basic knowledge of Linux
  • Ability to work on a rotational basis, including weekends
  • Business-level or native Japanese proficiency (speaking and writing)
