This role is a Technical Support Engineer focused on troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues, contributing to product improvements, and supporting customers in their use of Microsoft's products and services, including those powered by AI. The role is customer-facing and involves technical problem-solving within a support organization.

What you'd actually do

  1. You own, investigate and solve customer technical issues.
  2. You lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles and, where appropriate, share your knowledge.
  3. You identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately to resolve, contributing to Microsoft product improvements.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field OR 5+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience
  • Mandarin Language: fluent in reading, writing and speaking
  • English Language: confident in reading, writing and speaking
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check
