This role provides technical support for Microsoft 365 products, specifically Exchange, Teams, Skype, and SharePoint, to Korean customers from Japan. It involves troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, collaborating with teams, and contributing to product improvements. The role requires shift work and on-call support, with fluency in Korean, English, and Japanese.

What you'd actually do

  1. You own, investigate and solve customer technical issues.
  2. You lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles and, where appropriate, share your knowledge.
  3. You develop specific technical and professional proficiency to enable you to resolve customer issues, through training and readiness.
  4. You identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately to resolve, contributing to Microsoft product improvements

Skills

Required

  • Korean: fluent in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • English: strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Japanese: strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 1+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience OR 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience OR equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • More than 3 years of work experience supporting Exchange/EXO/Outlook.
  • Development experience with programming languages such as C++ and C#.
  • More than 3 years of work experience supporting SFB/Teams, and SharePoint/SPO/Office supplementally.
  • More than 3 years of work experience supporting SharePoint/SPO/Office, and SFB/Teams supplementally.
