This role is for a Technical Support Engineer who will be the first point of contact for customers, troubleshooting issues with Carbon Robotics' LaserWeeder and ATK products. Responsibilities include triaging issues, gathering diagnostic information, supporting field engineers and sales, and contributing to documentation. Requires 2+ years of customer-facing support experience and Linux troubleshooting skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer communications
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Carbon Robotics services and products. E.g. Laswerweeder and ATK
  3. Gather appropriate diagnostic information
  4. Meet established response expectations and ensure an exceptional customer experience
  5. Support Carbon Robotics Field Support Engineers and Sales personnel in the field

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years in remote/telephone/chat customer-facing service and support
  • Creating and managing customer communication and tickets
  • Ability to follow complex instructions both written and oral
  • Sound judgement, solid relationship management, customer service and communication skills
  • Hands-on technical troubleshooting in Linux environment
