The engineer will assist enterprise customers with advanced technical issues, acting as a liaison between customers and product development teams. What you'd actually do

  1. Assist customers with advanced technical issues related to Microsoft security and compliance products.
  2. Provide high-level technical services utilizing advanced technical skills.
  3. Support customers through email and phone communication.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, to resolve customer issues.
  5. Contribute to product quality improvements by providing feedback to overseas development teams.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in the IT industry
  • Customer communication experience
  • Business level Japanese
  • Reading and writing English

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of experience in the IT security area
  • Technical support experience for enterprise on-premises/cloud products
  • Experience building, operating, and maintaining cloud products
  • Experience building Azure/Microsoft 365 E5
  • Troubleshooting/incident response experience for software products
  • Experience building reproduction environments and performing reproduction tests
  • Debugging, performance tuning, packet analysis, HAR analysis
  • Business level or higher English
